Deborah brings a wealth of strategic and creative insight to every project she undertakes.

With a long-established reputation as a ‘creative powerhouse’ Deborah began her career as a film, TV and commercials director. She then segued into advertising, working as a copywriter, and later a creative director in agencies for clients including Unilever, P&G, Johnson & Johnson and Mercedes-Benz.

In 2012, she moved into the charity & NFP sector to use her skills for good. She fell in love with the work and, over time, developed her expertise across all fundraising comms areas.

Since founding Magnetic in 2020, Deborah has led the small but mighty team and is excited every day to do meaningful work that helps our extraordinary clients change the world.

Amy has more than 15 years of agency account service experience. In Sydney and London she developed her skills in fast-paced content creation and strategic agencies, before switching tracks to align her skillset with the values most important to her.

In 2016 Amy began working with clients in the not-for-profit and for-purpose sectors, and she’s never been happier.

Over the last eight years, Amy has taken on the roles of Senior Account Director & Group Account Director, working with over 30 incredible charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Amy thrives on working with Magnetic’s diverse clients and seeing the real-world impact we’re making together.

David is one of the foremost strategists in Australia.

A passionate fundraiser,  he believes the best results come from a combination of relationship fundraising and data analytics. He uses innovative, data-driven strategies and understands optimal results are achieved by developing achievable budgets that, combined with a strong strategy, will grow fundraising revenue over time.

His skills and specialisations cover all areas of fundraising and delights in developing Regular Giving, Gift in Wills and long-term fundraising strategies, underpinned by airtight tactical plans.

Uniquely, David has held many roles as ‘Head of Fundraising’ & ‘Director of Fundraising’, giving him a deep insight into the challenges faced by organisations.
