When Benetas engaged Magnetic to “overhaul” its suite of Home Care collateral we developed a series of warm, compelling communications that give older people an insight into how Benetas can help them live better at home, for longer.

Across more than 10 pieces we used a consistent, compassionate tone of voice designed to connect with our audience and provide succinct, easy-to-understand information tailored to specific points in their Home Care journey.

Our brand collateral work served to give customers an uplifting overview of Benetas to highlight the many life-changing services and supports the not-for-profit organisation has to offer.

Magnetic then went on to bring this new warmth and clarity to Benetas’ Residential Aged Care offering. After research, interviews and wireframing we developed an extensive suite of brochures that introduce potential residents and their families to each of  Benetas’ facilities across Victoria.
