When working with the Baptcare Home Care team, Magnetic held workshops to identify customer journeys and customer personas. We then immersed ourselves in the complex world of My Aged Care in order to deliver an effectively structured, highly accessible and easy-to-understand web journey for anyone considering Home Care.
